Postage and Handling

Most orders placed before 12pm (NSW Time) will be dispatched on the same or next day by one of our preferred freight companies which include Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, or Sendle. Australia Post is our main freight company. We will choose a cheaper freight whenever possible.

Express postage option is not available at this moment.

All orders and items are thoroughly checked and carefully packed to minimise chance of transit damage. Electronic labelling on most orders are used where applicable and have tracking numbers.

QLD: 2-7 Business Days (Far North QLD up to 10 Business Days)
VIC: 2-7 Business Days
SA: 4-10 Business Days
WA: 6-15 Business Days
TAS: 4-7 Business Days
NT: 5-16 Business Days

Please note that the above are estimates, most cases it will be earlier than above estimates.

Authority To Leave

Authority To Leave is a default option on the delivery. Please let us know if you require otherwise. Please leave us a note on the purchase or message us direct after purchase to add a delivery instruction on your order. We process orders very efficiently so it is important that you contact us quickly so the order is not processed before the note has been added.
